I removed the wire from one side of the ribbon and just gathered and hot glued it as
I went around. I then glued it to a felt circle, and glued a pin back to it.
A few beads added to the center and Voila!
On the brown rose, I removed the wire from one side of the ribbon
and singed the edges with a candle.
Easy Peasy, as they say - yet beautiful!

How cute are these?!? I never even thought about taking the wire out of ribbon - didn't even know it was possible. Aren't you the smartest one!

Thanks Paula, it really worked out well, it made it easier to do the folds and gathers in the bottom since the wire was still in that side, and I love the singed ribbon edge on the brown one.
